Rock n' Roll History
Rock and Roll music originated in the United States around the early 1950’s. There was no one contributor that could take the title for who made Rock and roll because theirs a lot of iconic bands that popularized Rock and Roll around the early 50s.
But if I had to name of few, theirs Chuck Berry who is known as the “Father of Rock and Roll” and made the distinctive rock and roll sound by developing blues and rhythm, Elvis Presley who is known as “The King of Rock and Roll” and who is the most recognizable rock icon of all time and The Beatles who are one of the first rock groups to have their own production company and were the first to use certain recording techniques.
